The moulds are designed internally according to the design specifications defined with the customer during the engineering phase.

The technology of detail

The competence of the staff is firmly linked to the precision of the most sophisticated software and hardware technology: four CAD/CAM stations in perfect synergy with the equipment as well as the possibility of transferring the data of each process via software. All projects are also studied in the initial phase through Mold Flow analysis.

Since the early years of our activity we have obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification, as proof of the quality of our production process. Furthermore, by 2020 we plan to complete the process and obtain IATF 16949 standard certification.

Specialized in the moulding of technopolymers

Since the 1990s we’ve had a department specializing in the construction of injection moulds for plastic materials staffed with highly specialized technical workers making use of the most innovative technologies. Machining centres with high-speed 3 and 5-axis continuous machines, plunge and wire electro-erosion systems / plunge and wire EDM and a laser welding station are just some of the equipment present.
