The moulding department, constantly and widely renewed and developed, today relies on: - 12 injection presses, from 70-tons to 230-tons; all equipped with robot for the piece collection or the scrap to be grounded at the edge of machine. - grinders - dryers - control units for any mould heating - colouring of materials (ABS PS PP ecc.) at the edge of machine with 4-way gravimetric measure. The whole production process is so conceived and structured towards the goal to assure, not only a notable decrease in costs, but also the highest attention and care of the moulded items quality.
